Florida Security, Tobacco Sales, & Alcohol Responsible Vendor Program – Manager

This training package is designed for Florida convenience store managers who oversee the sale of alcohol and tobacco products, as well as store safety. The first course, Florida Convenience Store Responsible Alcohol Vendor Training – Manager, provides guidance on how to manage and supervise off-premise alcohol sales in compliance with state and federal regulations. Managers will gain a clear understanding of their responsibilities under the law and how to lead by example in promoting responsible alcohol sales practices. The second course, Florida Convenience Store Robbery Deterrence and Safety Training, follows Florida’s Convenience Store Security Act and prepares managers to handle robbery-related scenarios. It covers essential safety protocols before, during, and after a robbery, while also offering strategies to help prevent criminal activity.
