Food establishments have been hit hard by the spread of the novel coronavirus. Although a few restaurants are opening for limited dine-in services, the vast majority of food service establishments are open for takeout and delivery only. Furthermore, many people, out of fear of contracting the virus, are even ordering their groceries for delivery or carside pickup. 

The course will begin with a review of the novel coronavirus; exploring symptoms, transmission, and how the virus has impacted businesses, then we will discuss how you can protect yourself and your customers who are purchasing food or groceries for takeout, carside pickup, and delivery. This course is based on the Health and Sanitization Safety Awareness program developed by 360training. This training is based on the most current science at the time of the course development as communicated by leading organizations including the CDC, FDA, WHO, and others.
