While many food service establishments are adapting to the "new normal", the vast majority of them are now actively involved with some form of food takeout, pickup, or delivery. Furthermore, many people, out of fear of contracting the virus, are even ordering their groceries for delivery or carside pickup. As a manager, it is unlikely you were trained on how to operate during a global pandemic. The course will begin with a review of the novel coronavirus-exploring symptoms, transmission, and how the virus has impacted businesses, then we will discuss how you can protect consumers who are purchasing food or groceries for takeout, carside pickup and delivery. Finally, we will look at what you need to do to keep your physical establishment at a lower risk and how you should train your employees to keep themselves and your customers at lower risk of catching COVID-19 virus. This course is based on the Health and Sanitation Safety Awareness program developed by 360training.
