The first course, Florida Convenience Store Responsible Alcohol Vendor Training - Employee, covers responsible alcohol sales in accordance with the guidelines of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. Employees will learn how to verify IDs, refuse sales when necessary, and understand the effects of alcohol on the body. The second course, Florida Convenience Store Robbery Deterrence and Safety Training, follows the Florida Convenience Store Security Act and teaches employees how to respond before, during, and after a robbery. It also provides practical guidance on preventing and preparing for other criminal activity in the workplace. Together, these courses prepare employees to legally and safely sell alcohol and tobacco products while fostering a safer store environment.

The second course, Florida Convenience Store Robbery Deterrence and Safety Training, follows Florida’s Convenience Store Security Act and prepares managers to handle robbery-related scenarios. It covers essential safety protocols before, during, and after a robbery, while also offering strategies to help prevent criminal activity.
